Afeka College is located in North Tel Aviv, within the Neot Afeka industrial zone. This is a practical, no-nonsense institution focused on engineering and technology, where students come to work hard and launch straight into the high-tech industry. The campus itself is compact, functional, and unpretentious, situated in the middle of a hub that mixes office buildings, corporate lunch spots, and bourgeois residential neighborhoods.

The neighborhoods surrounding the college (Hadar Yosef, Maoz Aviv, Neot Afeka) offer a very high quality of life, plenty of green spaces, and quiet—but also sky-high rent. Since the college currently doesn't have its own dorms, most students simply can't afford to live within walking distance. The most common solution is to rent cheaper apartments in Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, or cities in the Sharon region, and commute via public transit, electric scooters, or private cars (though keep in mind that parking around the college can be quite challenging).
