A neighborhood in the northeast of the city, east of Neve Avivim and close to Kiryat Atidim. It was established in the 50s–60s with train-style housing projects, but in recent years it has been undergoing a significant facelift. New residential towers are being built there as part of "Pinui-Binui" (evacuation and construction) projects. Today, with the new construction, young people and new families are arriving due to the relatively affordable prices compared to North Tel Aviv, and the proximity to high-tech employment areas. Neve Sharet is on the rise, and is expected to upgrade further in the coming decade.
