"HaGush HaGadol" is a nickname for a large plot of land in northwest Tel Aviv, between Tel Baruch North and the sea, which until recently was sand dunes. In recent years, accelerated development of the complex, also known as "Nofei Yam," has begun. This is an area under construction – several luxury towers and new buildings with sea views have already been built, and in the coming years, a completely new neighborhood is expected to grow with parks, community centers, and public areas. The emerging character: an affluent population buying off-plan apartments in towers with open sea views. It is expected that this will be one of the most prestigious areas in Tel Aviv in the near future.
