Apartments for Rent in Narkisim, Rishon LeZion — Up to ₪9,000

Narkisim is your chance to live in something brand new built on the former Tzrifin military base grounds in the eastern part of the city, featuring a modern design with high-rises, expansive parks, and a pneumatic waste collection system. Many young families are moving here thanks to the new educational institutions and the planned future connection to the Light Rail's Brown Line, but you should keep in mind that the neighborhood is still under construction. This means that some of the shops and community services have not yet been completed and the roads leading to the neighborhood can be congested, so you will need patience until the area stabilizes. It is a contemporary, well-invested housing solution for those willing to live in an environment that is still being built.
