A small neighborhood east of central Tel Aviv, near the Sarona and Azrieli complex. In the past, Montefiore was a somewhat neglected area with a less-than-stellar reputation. In the previous decade, a revolution occurred – many TAMA 38 and urban renewal projects were executed, and many young families and artists moved here. Today, the neighborhood offers a unique combination of suburban quiet alongside a super-central location. The population is very young – Montefiore has the highest percentage of young people (25–34) in the city. Prices are relatively reasonable (in Tel Aviv terms) and the value is high.
