A neighborhood on the eastern side of central Tel Aviv, on the border of Givatayim. The character indeed feels more like Givatayim than Tel Aviv – a quiet atmosphere, an "old-time neighborhood". But in recent years many young people (especially high-tech workers) have flocked here because the area is surrounded by office complexes. As a result, new places have opened: iconic kiosks have become gourmet delis and modern cafes. Thus, Nahalat Yitzhak is undergoing a change: from a sleepy image of an old working-class neighborhood to an awakening area with a mix of veterans alongside young families.
