A small neighborhood in southeast Tel Aviv, adjacent to Menachem Begin Park (South Park). Built in the 60s–70s as housing projects for new immigrants, consisting of 4-story housing project buildings. Today the neighborhood is relatively well-maintained, with lots of grass and trees between the blocks. The atmosphere: peaceful and community-oriented – many families with high social cohesion. The location right next to South Park gives residents quality of life in terms of leisure.
