A small neighborhood in the southeast of the city, established in the 1950s for Air Force personnel. Ramat HaTayasim is a hidden and organized gem – most of the houses are one- or two-story, old but spacious, and many have private gardens. There is a large park (Wolfson Park) within a short walking distance. The neighborhood is known for its established and relaxed community, with a well-kept and calm atmosphere – sometimes nicknamed "The tie-wearing neighborhood of the southeast".
