Building a neighborhood from scratch means you get modern infrastructure and new high-rises, but in Ramat Tzedek on the east side of the city, you have to keep in mind that it's still an active construction site. Right now, the neighborhood offers great potential for families, but it doesn't feel like the older areas yet because it lacks a cohesive character or shops right downstairs. Access to Highway 4 and the Mesubim Interchange is excellent, though at this stage, you'll need to adapt to living alongside development work and rely mainly on a private car.
