Apartments for Rent in Jaffa Dalet (Givat HaTmarim), Tel Aviv 🏡

An area in southeast Jaffa, between Jaffa Gimel and Bat Yam, also nicknamed "Givat HaTmarim" (Palm Hill). This is a public housing neighborhood built in the 1970s. The buildings are in rather poor maintenance condition. Today there are some rehabilitation plans, including building renovations and social projects, and there is a strong local community fighting for improvement.
