A neighborhood in south Jaffa, near the Bat Yam border. Neve Golan is a small neighborhood of relatively tall buildings (8-14 floors) around a large public garden. The population is mostly Arab, with a Jewish minority. This is a relatively quiet area but somewhat detached and lacking significant commerce. There are plans for upgrading, but at this stage, it is a neighborhood in the process of investment and development.
